Several Sri Lankan leaders share happiness on the success of Chandrayaan 3
Sri Lanka’s Prime Minister Dinesh Gunawardena congratulated India for the success and added that this is a historic achievement not only for an India but the entire world
Foreign Minister M.U.M. Ali Sabry termed the achievement remarkable that pushes boundaries of space exploration. Leader of Opposition Sajith Premadasa shared his wishes on X and congratulated ISRO and India and said that this is a remarkable achievement for advancement of lunar science. He took the floor in the Parliament today where he described the Chandrayaan’s timeline and went on to Congratulate India and the people of India for the success of the moon mission. Meanwhile, President of Sri Lanka India Society, Kishore Reddy thanked ISRO for making Indians and friends of India proud. He has said that friends of India in Sri Lanka are celebrating the successful landing of the Vikram lander on the surface of the moon.
