Ministry of Ayush launches Special Campaign 3.0 for enhanced workspace and cleanliness across India
The Ministry of Ayush has embarked on a significant endeavor to streamline and enhance working spaces in national institutes, organizations, research councils, subordinate bodies, and its own premises through the Special Campaign 3.0 initiative. This campaign, aimed at decluttering and improving work environments, began its preparations on September 15, 2023, and officially kicked off on October 2. It is set to bring about a transformation in workspace management and workplace experience while addressing longstanding concerns.
Under the Special Campaign 3.0’s preparatory phase, the Ministry of Ayush has identified key targets for resolution within the campaign’s duration. These targets include addressing pendencies such as 30 references from Members of Parliament (MPs), 17 Parliamentary Assurances, 72 public grievances, 3 references from the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), 21 additional public grievances, and the management of 305 files. The Ministry is committed to swiftly disposing of all these pending matters during the course of Special Campaign 3.0.
To ensure the success of the campaign, the Ministry has meticulously inspected cleanliness sites within its office premises and directed senior officers to dedicate their best efforts to achieving the set targets. A dedicated team is diligently monitoring daily progress.
In alignment with the Swacchata Hi Seva campaign, the Ministry of Ayush’s cleanliness drive has resonated across India. Institutes, organizations, councils, and even senior officials actively participated in cleaning their premises, neighboring areas, and public spaces such as bus stands, parks, herbal gardens, lakes, and ponds. This collective effort exemplifies the commitment to a cleaner and healthier environment.
The Ministry of Ayush has also reached out to various states and Union Territories, research councils, national institutes, subordinate organizations, and statutory bodies, urging them to participate in related activities. Previous endeavors to address pending matters have yielded remarkable achievements, contributing to an overall improvement in the Ministry’s ranking.
The Special Campaign 3.0 not only signifies a commitment to cleanliness but also a dedication to creating efficient and pleasant working environments, ultimately enhancing the Ayush Ministry’s mission to promote holistic health and well-being.
