In archery, India won gold medals in both men’s and women’s team compound at the World Cup Stage 4 games in Paris today. The Indian men’s compound team of Abhishek Verma, Ojas Deotale, and Prathamesh Jawkar defeated the second-seeded American men’s compound team of Kris Schaff, James Lutz, and Sawyer Sullivan 236-232.

The Indian women’s compound team of Jyothi Surekha Vennam, Aditi Swami, and Parneet Kaur, who had just won the global championships in Berlin earlier this month, survived a scare before overcoming Mexico by one point.
