Badminton: HS Prannoy and Indian pair of Satwiksairaj Rankireddy & Chirag Shetty in action in quarterfinals of men’s doubles at BWF World Championships in Copenhagen
Indian shuttler HS Prannoy will take on Danish badminton player Viktor Axelsen in the quarter final of the BWF World Championships this evening. Prannoy had advanced to quarterfinals at the BWF World Championships with a three-game win over former champion Loh Kean Yew of Singapore last night.
World number-9 Prannoy, displayed his fighting spirit during his win over the seventh seeded Loh at the Royal Arena. The World number two pair of Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty has also reached the quarterfinals. They will play against A Rasmussen and K Astrup this evening in the men’s doubles event.
