US Open Tennis: Alexander Zverev of Germany and Daniil Medvedev of Russia advance to Men’s Singles quarter-finals of tournament

In US Open Tennis, Alexander Zverev of Germany and Daniil Medvedev of Russia advanced to the Men’s Singles quarter-finals of the tournament. Zverev beat resurgent Jannik Sinner of Italy by 6-4, 3-6, 6-2, 4-6, 6-3 reach his 10th major quarter-final after a breath taking encounter at Arthur Ashe Stadium. Earlier Former champion Daniil Medvedev beat Australian 13th seed Alex de Minaur 2-6 6-4 6-1 6-2. in a one-sided match. The third seed will face fellow Russian Andrey Rublev in the quarter-finals.

The second seed Novak Djokovic set up a quarterfinal clash with American ninth seed Taylor Fritz while 10th seed Frances Tiafoe will meet Ben Shelton in an all-American clash
