Making history, Shah Rukh Khan’s “Jawan” released in Bangladesh

After much drama, debate, and speculation regarding the release of Shah Rukh Khan starrer “Jawan” in Bangladesh, the film on Thursday released in theatres after getting clearance from the Censor Board of Bangladesh.

This is historic moment any Indian film has been released in Bangladesh on the same day as its global release.

The movie received an uncut censor certificate from the board, said it’s distributor in Bangladesh.

A few days back, Salman Khan’s film “Kisi ka Bhai Kisi ki Jaan” was released in Bangladesh but it failed to impress film lover. However Shah Rukh Khan’s “Pathaan” got massive responses from his Bangladeshi fans.

However, several artists and filmmakers of Bangladesh expressed anger and frustration over the release of Hindi films in Bangladesh.
