Final set of tickets for ICC World Cup semi-finals and final to go live today

The tickets for the three marquee games 1st semi-final (November 15), 2nd semi-final (November 16) and the grand finale (November 19) will go live at 8:00 PM on November 9 on the official ticketing website at https://tickets.cricketworldcup.com.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced that the last set of tickets for the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 knockout matches will be available for purchase starting today, November 9. The knockout stage of the tournament is set to commence on November 15.

“As the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 reaches its business end, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) will release a final batch of tickets on Thursday,” said a statement.

The tickets for the three marquee games 1st semi-final (November 15), 2nd semi-final (November 16) and the grand finale (November 19) will go live at 8:00 PM on November 9 on the official ticketing website at https://tickets.cricketworldcup.com.

“This will be the last chance for cricket fans wanting to experience the magic and thrill of the World Cup and to witness in person the crowning of a new champion”, the statement added.

Hosts India, South Africa, and five-time champions Australia have already secured three of the four available semi-final spots. The race for the fourth spot is heating up as New Zealand, Pakistan, and Afghanistan, each with four wins from their eight games, have only one match remaining in this final stage of competition.

The first semifinal is scheduled to take place at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on November 15, followed by the second semifinal at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata on November 16.

The final of the 2023 World Cup will take place at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on November 19.
