FIH Hockey5s Women’s World Cup: India registers 7-3 victory over United States in second pool stage match at Muscat in Oman; To lock horns with Namibia

The Indian Women’s Hockey Team secured an astounding 7-3 victory over the United States in their second game of the FIH Hockey5s Women’s World Cup 2024 in Pool C match in Muscat, Oman last night. The goals-corers for India were Mahima Choudhary, Mariana Kujur, Deepika Soreng, Mumtaz Khan, and Ajmina Kujur. Meanwhile, Jacqueline Sumfest and Captain Linnea Gonzales got on the scoresheet for the United States.

Earlier in the day, India won a thrilling Pool C game against Poland 5-4 win in Muscat.

The Indian Team will next face Namibia at 2:30 PM today.

Hockey5s game is played between two teams with 4 field players and a goalkeeper.
