The weather agency anticipates a generally cloudy sky over the national capital with the likelihood of light rain or drizzle.
Additionally, the IMD has issued predictions for rainfall and hailstorms in certain regions of Madhya Pradesh over the coming days.
“The shift in weather patterns in the state is attributed to a trough line extending from Chhattisgarh to Karnataka, passing through North Tamil Nadu and North Kerala. Furthermore, there is an active Western Disturbance in the area. This combination is expected to bring rain, lightning, and thunderstorms to various places in the state, including Anuppur, Shahdol, Umaria, Dindori, Katni, Jabalpur, Narsinghpur, Chhindwara, Seoni, Mandla, and Balaghat. Hailstorms may also occur in some areas,” stated Parmendra Kumar, a meteorologist at IMD Bhopal.
Furthermore, districts like Narmadapuram, Betul, Harda, Burhanpur, and Khandwa may experience rain and thunderstorms as well, he added.
